The pre Project works in two differents points. On the one
hand, the technological classrooms where the children would
be and, on the other hand, the classroom where the teacher
would be, this would be the point where the lesson would
start using technological tools like multimedia station,
plasma screen, web cam and microphone, among other tools.
After this introduction and thanks to Hispasat satelital
conection, Santo Domingo University connected with Satelital
Control Center in Arganda del Rey (Madrid. Spain) where
the teacher Mr. Mariano Segura started the virtual classroom

Mr. Mariano Segura explained
how it was a virtual classroom about ‘water cycle’ with
tools like slides, images, texts, videos and chat to
promote the teacher-student
conversation.
The demostration lasted eight minutes and it was fun and
amazing because of the possibility of the interactivity
between the student and the teacher.
After the Mariano Segura explanation, Dominican Republic
